We loved our stay in the spacious suite, especially the comfort of the beds and the delicious meals at Adelita and Memories restaurants. The chef truly deserves applause for the creativity in his dishes.

I adored the elegant decor and lush gardens throughout the hotel, making it both inviting and accessible. The staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring that all guests, including seniors, felt comfortable and well-catered to during our stay.

No slippers? Seriously? I felt like Cinderella without her glass slipper. Also, the beach could've used a good rake, didn’t know I’d be collecting bottle caps on holiday!

staying at catalonia was amazing! the food was consistently excellent, and our privileged grand family suite & swim up was super comfortable. the pool and beachside location made it easy to enjoy a cocktail or go for a refreshing swim. the helpful staff always went the extra mile to ensure we had a great time.

Our stay was awesome! The Privileged Suite had a private pool right outside, spacious seating area, and a modern bath setup. The resort is surrounded by lush gardens and pools. Staff were so attentive, ensuring we had drinks at the beach and around the outdoor areas. The food trucks had great lunch options too!

I really enjoyed the beautiful property and stunning beach at Catalonia in Cancun. The restaurants offered a wide variety of delicious food that was consistently great. The rooms were spacious, with comfy beds and daily housekeeping that kept everything clean. The pool area was nice, with plenty of lounge chairs, perfect for relaxation. However, I faced some issues with the staff not escorting me to my room upon arrival, which left me wandering in the heat trying to figure out where to go. Housekeeping sometimes missed restocking items in the room like tea and coffee. The service at the lobby bar took a while. I experienced a delay in getting drinks. In the end, despite those hiccups, we had a wonderful stay overall. Finding the right bartender made a huge difference in drink quality and service. The atmosphere was fun, and we made the most of our time doing nothing but enjoying the resort.
